Spread
The spread represents the difference between the bid price (sell price) and the ask price (buy price) of a financial instrument.
This difference is expressed in pips and reflects the cost associated with opening a trading position.
The spread may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Market liquidity
- Market volatility
- Time of day
- Trade size (notional value)
Example
If the underlying asset EUR/USD is trading at 1.2029, the Company's prices may be:

Non-Trading Withdrawal Activity
If a Client deposits funds and subsequently withdraws 80% or more of the deposited amount without executing any trading activity, the Company reserves the right to deduct fees associated with the deposit and withdrawal transactions.
These fees may include charges imposed on the Company by:
- Payment service providers
- Banks
- Other financial intermediaries
In such circumstances, the Company may reasonably conclude that the Client engaged with the platform with the intention of abusing payment systems or committing fraudulent activity.
Dormant Account Fees
A trading account will be considered dormant or inactive if no trading or financial activity occurs for a period of 90 days.
Account activity includes:
- Deposits
- Trading operations
- Open trading positions
Logging into the account without performing financial or trading actions does not qualify as activity.
Once an account becomes dormant:
- An administrative fee may be charged on the 90th day of inactivity
- The Company will review account activity every month thereafter to determine whether the fee will continue to apply
The Client will be notified via email before the account is officially classified as dormant.
If the account balance is insufficient to cover the full administrative fee, the Company reserves the right to:
- Charge a reduced administrative fee
- Close the account entirely
Underage Account Closure Fee
If the Company determines that a Client has not reached the legal age required to use the services in their country of residence or citizenship, the Company reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 200 USD for the closure of the account.
If the remaining balance is less than 200 USD, the Company reserves the right to deduct the available balance up to the amount of 200 USD.
Document Fraud Fee
If it is determined that the Client has provided false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent documentation, or has attempted to bypass the verification process through fraudulent means, the Company reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 200 USD.
If the remaining balance in the Client’s account is less than 200 USD, the Company reserves the right to charge a lower amount from the available balance.
This administrative fee represents a reasonable estimate of the Company’s operational costs related to investigating and managing fraudulent documentation cases, including time spent on communication, compliance review, and internal procedures.
